- Bot-free capture is currently a Mac beta; Windows uses the supported earlier meeting-bot experience.
- The iPhone app records in-person conversations, not phone calls, and is unavailable in China and the listed sanctioned regions.
- Linux, Chromebooks, webinars and breakout-room capture are not supported by the compatibility guide.
- New personal-email accounts may face upcoming-meeting or company-email requirements; check signup eligibility first.
- Meeting content is cloud-processed; Fathom may train its own models on de-identified data according to your settings, with an opt-out available.
